    Thenamaris invites high caliber professionals with the requested qualifications, to apply for the position of BUSINESS ANALYST.

    Position Description
    The Business Analyst will propose new applied modeling and advanced quantitative methods to solve business problems; will develop unique, value adding commercial insights and actionable recommendations from our extensive internal and external data sets; will lead or participate in projects that extract value from operational and commercial insights and interact with business owners and internal /external stakeholders to drive implementation of recommendations.

    Education, Experience & Skills
    • Studies in a recognized, high ranked University in a field relevant to Mathematics, Optimization,
    Statistics, Operations Research or Engineering; MS is preferable
    • Strong knowledge in the fields of Econometrics, Predictive Analytics, Data Mining, Mathematical
    Optimization through Programming and Statistical Analysis
    • Prior relevant experience of advanced SAS reporting/SQL/VB/Python, etc. would be an advantage
    • IT literacy is a prerequisite; excellent use of Microsoft Office suite
    • Proficiency in English at an oral and written level

    We are seeking a candidate that has strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret, translate and present modeling results, as well as superior abilities of using various Statistical Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling methodologies to convert data into insights and hence produce impactful decision support.
